Dubai Investments records 29% increase in H1 2026 profit before tax to AED 702.8 million
Dubai Investments reported a profit before tax for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 of AED 702.8 million, representing a 29% increase compared to AED 546.3 million during the corresponding period in 2025. Profit after tax attributable to the owners of the Company increased by 28% to AED 642.4 million, compared to AED 502.2 million during the corresponding period last year.
For the three-month period ended 30 June 2026, the group reported profit before tax of AED 517.7 million, representing a 43% increase compared to AED 361.4 million during the corresponding period in 2025. Profit after tax attributable to the owners of the Company increased by 42% to AED 471.1 million, compared to AED 331.3 million during the same period last year.
The higher profitability was driven by strong performance across the Group's core business segments, supported by resilient operating fundamentals and continued business momentum across its diversified portfolio. The real estate segment remained a major contributor to the Group's performance during the period, benefiting from recurring rental income from its portfolio of income-generating assets and the robust execution of its flagship development projects. The manufacturing segment also delivered a solid performance supported by improved operational efficiencies.
The Group reported total income of AED 2.04 billion for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026, compared to AED 1.89 billion during the corresponding period in 2025. Total assets stood at AED 23.88 billion as at 30 June 2026, compared to AED 23.28 billion as at 31 December 2025. Equity attributable to the owners of the Company stood at AED 14.49 billion as at 30 June 2026.
