Dubai Investments Announces Successful Pricing of DIP Holding IPO at AED 1.12 per Share, Marking UAE’s First IPO Milestone of 2026
Dubai Investments PJSC (“Dubai Investments”) today announced that the final offer price for the initial public offering of its portfolio company DIP Holding Plc (“DIP Holding”) has been set at AED 1.12 per share, following the successful completion of the bookbuilding and subscription process. The pricing represents a key milestone in the UAE’s first IPO of 2026 and follows strong investor participation in the Offering.
At the offer price of AED 1.12 per share, the Offering has a total size of approximately AED 1.9 billion (US$529 million), implying a market capitalisation of approximately AED 9.7 billion (US$2.6 billion) for DIP Holding upon listing on the Dubai Financial Market (“DFM”). The price announcement follows the close of bookbuilding and subscriptions on 3 November 2026.
The Offering was oversubscribed multiple times, with strong demand from local, regional and international investors. The final offer price reflects a considered approach to pricing, balancing the strength of investor demand generated through the bookbuilding process with the objective of supporting a strong and sustainable aftermarket.
At the final offer price, DIP Holding’s implied dividend yield upon listing is approximately 7.5% for FY2027, based on expected annualised cash dividends of AED 725 million.
Khalid Jassim Bin Kalban, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Investments said: “The successful pricing of DIP Holding’s IPO reflects the Group’s long-term approach to building businesses of scale and unlocking value at the right stage of their development. The strong investor demand from local, regional and international investors reinforces the quality of the business and the strength of its investment proposition, particularly in the current market environment. The response also reflects confidence in Dubai Investments’ ability to develop high-quality businesses and generate value across the Group’s portfolio.
The Offering will provide Dubai Investments with greater financial flexibility to support the continued growth of the Group’s portfolio and selectively pursue new investment opportunities, creating sustainable long-term value for shareholders.”
Following completion of the Offering, Dubai Investments will retain an 80% stake in DIP Holding. DIP Holding’s shares are expected to commence trading on the DFM on 11 November 2026, subject to relevant regulatory approvals.
